My parents know I just love crabs! Daddy had bought 7 living crabs from Sarikei just before I got back home! See that’s the 3 of them, waiting to be chopped to pieces~~ I sound so evil. Hiak hiak

I did helped to operate them! Remember I did cook the crab few times back in Japan, and only then I realised some of steps I did were wrong then. :p

Mummy’s ingredient for crabs~

Ready to be fried!

Just pour everything into the wok, heat, fry them, heat~

Add in the eggs, heat it again, fry it, add in oyster sauce, salt etc…

Tala~ Drooling? Want some? Sorry! They were mine~~~~

We always have ‘the making of’.. xxx movie, now we have the making of 粽子, the Chinese traditional food – glutinous rice dumplings~

This is my experiment dish — rojak beancurd! Of course, it’s not something new, but I never did this before. :p

First dig holes in the beancurd.. Hmm, this is not really done yet, as i digged even more after this. Not easy ah~ I don’t have suitable utensil~ Ugly huh? Nah, nevermind, later you won’t see that.
