We are going to change another new schedule again. I was told by a teacher that she’ll be taking over one of my Form 1 MM class. That is one of my favourite class. So I was like T.T~~ *sob*sob*
I’m handling 6 classes at the moment, two moral, two Form 1 MM and two Form 2 MM. Only one Form 1 MM and one Form 2 MM class are considered good and easy to handle. The rest are monkeys which I have to keep shouting at to grab attention or make personal approach. And their basic of MM are just so poor that I have to teach real slow and repeat again and again and again.
Anyway, the form teacher of the class that I’m handing over, she’s been sharing with me often that how students said I’m very fierce and strict and etc. Once they were doing my homework in her class and she threatened them to tell me about it, they immediately put the works away.
Thus she’s telling me that they must be overjoyed to know they’ll have a new MM teacher. And I was like, am I that bad? huhuhuhu T.T~~~
And so I told the class of the change, and the reaction were out of my expectation. They were asking why and why and why, shouting and objecting and yelling not to change. Some were questioning who changed me. And I said, why, you think you are HM?
And I told them the new teacher is going to be very gentle and nice, they responded, it’s better to be strict like me~ Now you think strict teacher is good huh?
Some were asking for my hp number, seriously writing down “01″ on his palm and waiting for me to mention my number. I just laughed: “It’s not like I’m going to leave the school!” They’ve got used to my style and seriously don’t want to change another teacher. But what can I do, I’m not the one who can decide. And for whole two periods they were repeating the same thing over and over again.
Yesterday I entered the class again, pretty soon they were asking me the same question again: Can we not change teacher? We don’t want to change! All of a sudden they just started off chanting “Tak mau tukar cikgu. Tak mau tukar cikgu” and within few second everyone started to chant the same sentence over and over again. I just can’t help but laughed. That’s so cute!
Stopping the “demonstration”, I continued teaching. Then some girls started “crying”. Oh well, they just act it out. And seeing I have no respond towards that, they were asking: “Teacher why you have no reaction one?~” Ok I was very touched, but you can’t expect me to “cry” with you huh?
They started new “slogan” with some chinese leading “我爱老师” and the rest were following with their Malay accent which sounded really funny.
There were more students giving me ‘salam’ (a way of the Malay students greeting and giving thanks to teacher after the class) then. And this time even the Chinese also came and immitate the same way of greeting~! Its a funny scene where both my hands were busy being ‘kissed’ by students. They didn’t really kiss, of course!
There was a survey form for Chinese to fill in during a programme yesterday. Questions were about their dreams, how to achieve their dreams etc. The girls simply filled in “I wish our MM teacher can be out teacher always.”, ” I will tackle MM teacher’s leg.” (as not to let me go) or “I don’t want to change my MM teacher” and proudly showed me their answers, hoping they can touch my heart and that I can make the effort to change the decision. =.=+
I’m gonna miss the class, a lot.
