I’ve reported myself to school last Wed after the taklimat (briefing) given by the Jabatan Pelajaran Negeri Johor (the education department in johor).
Yup, I’ve started working, and my school is just 10 minutes drive from our house. Isn’t that wonderful? We are really thankful for God’s blessings~
We were welcomed by our PK (Penolong Kanan) of the school after we got our letter stated which school we are placed in. There were 4 of us, and only one of us was expected by school, as they were informed of one Music teacher only. They have enough teacher too. So we were told we would not be teaching our subject. huhuhu~ Should be getting my timetable in this few days, hope they don’t give me BM, Sej or Geo…. My killing subjects, and they are actually lacking of those.
I was given a task tomorrow — to be the photographer for a uniform giving ceremony in both the assembly in morning and in afternoon. When the PK Cocuriculum asked us to fill in a form what is our achievement and our interests etc, one of those I stated was ‘ photography’. I was thinking of joining the photography club (they have so limited choice!), only then to find out there’s no camera at all in that club and there’s so pity number of members. Seems like I’m gonna be the pioneer huh?
The PK KoKu is very interested in my interest. =.=”’ She loves to have photos taken for all events and I just pop in. So tomorrow it’ll be my first task and next week there’ll be more. Looks like I’ll be the full time photographer here. :p
Photo taking itself is not a tough task, and just need to process the photos, arrange and print out in A4 papers. Just that she’s a perfectionist (yeah, really) and thus everything should be perfect. There should be 6 photos in a paper, and some description, etc etc. Feel pressured huh. And I have to study photography to teach the students in future. At this stage, my photography means catch the moment at better angle, that’s all. :s
May not have much time to update blog since started working. Still not so used to wake up so early. Hehe.

Thanks for the prayers for Raphael, his operation was a success one, and he had transferred out from ICU back to his wad already yesterday. This means the observation period is over and now he just need time and strength to recover.
Thank and praise God, and thank you too.

If you did attend our wedding in Sibu, you might know this friend cum photographer of ours.
He had back pain (and even the whole body) for the past one year. Sometimes until the stage that he can’t walk and even got up from his bed. After seeing many doctors, specialists, and due to wrong hypothesis given, he did not know what is wrong with his body.
About a month ago, he sneezed and collapsed. This time, they gave him a MIR (if I’m not mistaken) test. The result is, he got a 4 times 5 cm big TUMOR in his back bone, the S1 and S2 bone above the pelvis, and the tumor is growing fast.
He was referred to Kuching General Hospital. After more scannings, lots of termites found in his bone, and it’s weakening his bone. They had a minor surgery to take sample of the tumor. It’s not really cancerous but stil it can kill. They are going to have operation on him tomorrow, which is Monday, 8am. The tumor and the bone is to be taken out, and replace by bones cut from his legs, also some steel and screw of course.
This is gonna be a severe operation. Chances unknown, this is a rare case. As its on his back bone, the risk can be very high. So I would like to ask you, who are reading this, to whisper a little prayer for him, on his operation, his strength to recover, and his loved ones to be strong.
He is Raphael Koh Say Ung, a wonderful friend, a faithful son of God, a 26 years old young man who needs your prayer.
Thanks…
